Terms of Service & Policy

Please read the following terms carefully. By using CNWePro services, you agree to this agreement in full.

1. Service Agreement & Authorized Usage

  • CNWePro operates as a digital commodity marketplace providing access to Chinese social media and payment accounts (including WeChat, Alipay, Douyin, QQ, Taobao, Xianyu, etc.) and related verification support.
  • By using our services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed without exception to all terms detailed in this agreement. If you disagree, you must cease using our platform immediately.
  • All accounts sold are strictly intended for legitimate business operations, foreign trade marketing, payment verification tests, software research and development matrix, or cross-border agency tasks.
  • Users are strictly prohibited from using purchased accounts for illegal activities (including fraud, money laundering, spamming, spreading illicit content, or malicious operations). Users assume sole legal and financial liability for any unlawful use. CNWePro reserves the right to cooperate with authorities and share transaction hashes.

2. Payment Terms & Blockchain Settlement

  • All checkouts, pricing listings, and refund transactions on this platform are settled in USDT (primarily Tron / TRC20 network protocol).
  • Upon order checkout, the system generates a temporary wallet address and exact payment amount. It is your responsibility to verify the blockchain network and transfer the correct USDT sum. CNWePro is not responsible for funds lost due to incorrect network selection, payment values, or expired addresses.
  • Transactions are verified autonomously on-chain via TronScan/TronGrid nodes. In the event of network congestion delaying automated deliveries, users can contact Telegram support with their Transaction Hash (TXID) for manual auditing.

3. 72-Hour Warranty & Liability Boundaries

  • All account products delivered by CNWePro carry a standard 72-hour warranty period starting from the timestamp of delivery.
  • Within this 72-hour window, if an account exhibits pre-existing login errors, password issues, or pre-purchase ban restrictions, we will provide a free replacement. You must supply valid screenshots or screen recording showing the initial login attempt.
  • Warranty claims are void if: you attempt to change recovery contacts, security emails, or payment credentials immediately after first login (triggering protection locks); you log in using low-quality, public, or datacenter VPNs/proxies; you engage in bulk friend adding, group spamming, or violating third-party platform rules instantly upon login; the claim is made after the 72-hour warranty window.

4. Disclaimer & System Wind-Control Limitations

  • Due to the dynamic nature of security algorithms and wind-control policies on platforms run by Tencent, Alibaba, and ByteDance, CNWePro cannot guarantee that accounts will remain active forever or completely bypass periodic face verification checks.
  • Bans, restrictions, or changes in registration requirements enforced by third-party platforms are beyond our control. CNWePro is not liable for any consequential losses, missed business opportunities, or lost profits arising from such unexpected rules changes.
  • Users are expected to possess the technical skills required to operate Chinese social/financial accounts (such as configuring residential proxies, managing device fingerprints, and complying with warmup recommendations). Guides are provided for educational purposes only.

5. Credentials Delivery & Server Security Cleardown

  • Upon blockchain payment confirmation, credentials and setup files are displayed instantly on the order success screen. We strongly recommend changing the default login passwords 24-48 hours after successful login (once device fingerprints stabilize).
  • To safeguard customer privacy, CNWePro database systems automatically delete all cleartext credentials from logs and distribution caches within 72 hours after order fulfillment. It is the buyer's responsibility to store passwords securely. We do not retrieve lost credentials after server purge.

6. Dispute Resolution & Anti-Fraud Protocols

  • If you encounter delivery issues or have quality concerns, both parties agree to prioritize friendly resolution via our Telegram support handle (@cnwechatpro) or email (support@cnwepro.com).
  • We employ advanced fraud-detection systems. Users submitting forged TXIDs, attempting double-spend exploits, or uploading fake transaction screens will be blacklisted across all payment wallets, and all current and future service rights will be revoked.
